A trip to the hair space is the perfect opportunity to escape and unwind, and we understand that sometimes this requires peace and quiet. Our clients have the option to request a Quiet Appointment, where talking will be kept to a minimum, allowing you to fully relax and immerse yourself in our serene space and luxurious, natural products.
Mosu is proud to be a member of the Green Salon Collective, the original authority on salon sustainability throughout the UK and Ireland. A ÂŁ1.00 green contribution has been added to your booking in order to support the work of the Collective, who provide us with a bin that enables us to recycle the usually un-recyclable: foils, colour tubes, and hair. Any profits made from these contributions will be donated to charities and community organisations. If you would like to opt out of this contribution, we can remove this from your bill.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we request at least 24 hours’ notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
If you’re a new colour client or haven't had your colour or a 48 Hour Allergy Test done with us for 6 months you must take it at least 48 hours before your appointment. This is to ensure you do not have an allergic reaction to our colour products. Please contact us before your appointment so we can arrange this for you. If you don't take one before your appointment, we may have to rearrange to a future date.
